Many thanks for providing a review to support your time with Release Potential. Quite a significant level of service which is very positive to see. Disappointing to see some of the opinions shared however.
In a results driven environment it is imperative that targets are set and the ultimate goal is to support our current and previous learners into employment, which is something we are proud to be successful at. As within all businesses, processes are in place to manage absence using either an internal or external HR practice, determined by what the business has as their method of support. Feedback and ideas are openly encouraged, including a recent one to one review with an external provider who conducted a survey where thoughts and opinions were documented, shared and fed back to Senior members of the team for review.
