I did not know what a toxic work environment meant until I started at Relevel. I was told at the beginning that it would be a 6 day work week. Day 1 at work, I was told that I'd have to work on Sundays as well.
The leadership is for a lack of better word - CRASS. Sexist, politically incorrect statements get passed off as jokes. I've seen team members who were scarred by such statements.
Hire fast, fire even faster. I have seen VPs getting hired and fired within a span of 4-5 months.
I realised that I hadn't done anything meaningful and struggled to explain what I'd learnt at Relevel when quizzed by interviewers. It's certainly not a good place to be in. The absolute disregard for the customer was another nail in the coffin.
Do yourself a favor and do not join Relevel. I'm sure better opportunities are out there!
