Pros
As in the review title, there are a strong group of hard working people that make a difference for the customers they serve and each other. There is a wealth of experience and knowledge here. Good place to get both. Fair compensation and desire to provide good benefits. Well respected in the industry.
Cons
There is a level in top management that does not allow staff to do their jobs without micromanagement and condescendence. Some staff expressed confusion about what the direction was today versus tomorrow. They are burning through too many good people.
