1.) The HR's of the company arbitrarily increased the notice period of most of the employees from 2 to 3 months by just sending an email (an illegal move that violates the Indian Contract Act). 2.) Lack of work life balance, if you are software engineer looking to join them then please don't. They will even call you in the middle of night for the smallest of bugs, even when the production support has been given the instructions on how to deal with it. 3.) If you join and then resign (let's say after a year or 2) then your life will be made a living hell during your notice period. 4.) The HR even told me that if I serve only 2 months from my NP then I will only receive salary for 1 month instead of 2 (my offer letter clearly mentioned a 2 month NP) 5.) And yes, generally the salary from the last month is withheld and paid after sometime once one leaves but they withhold the salary of 1st month of NP and then pay it after 45 days of you leaving. 6.) They want you to do a full 9 hour shift in the office, just how sales people operate, comical how they compare the two very different sets of people. 7.) Still, if all of the above makes you think of it as minor inconvinience then might I add that CEO of the company in a meeting has said that they need to outsource the development of key projects (so if you are being offered a position then be absolutely sure that you'll end up in a software maintenance job with little to no career growth), in front of the CTO who couldn't say a word. 8.) The best of the IT managers left the company in 2020-21 and ever since then it has been an absolute circus with clowns who know nothing about the technology being brought in as the IT Managers who abuse people behind their backs but are of no use when you go to them and try to speak about the issue within the company.
