I am in fear daily of what upper management defines as "fast paced," but is in actuality simple abusive behavior. Employees are badmouthed behind their back and are too frightened to defend themselves. Recently, we were asked to submit good reviews of our company here on GlassDoor, but I cannot in good conscience recommend my employer to anyone.
