The leadership communicates clearly and sets realistic expectations while still challenging you to grow. Despite being a contractor, I felt like a true part of the team

None that stand out. It was a contract position, so naturally, it had an end date — I would have gladly stayed longer if there had been a full-time opportunity available.

If you miss a day they don't pay you for the whole week. very low pay 100$ a day for 10 hours of work everyday. only a very small precent of the money actually goes to charity You won't make commison endless the boss likes you and sends you to a good location. They don't pay for gas and expect you to drive around 1-2 hour everyday. But If you don't have a car you have to pay for gas. Weird cult like culture. They change there name every few monthes to avoid these bad reviews
