Pros
I work from the Indian office of Remedium.
There are many pros to mention but I will list down the most prominent ones:
1. Growth and Support - As a fresher who started with this business 4 years ago, I was given multiple opportunities to try and see where I could fit in and was given support throughout
Example - I worked in the sales team, I worked in the Admin team and also supported with marketing at intervals
All in all I feel as a fresher I was exposed to the various departments of the business and got the valuable opportunity to learn and understand the business through various perspectives, Now I am leading one of the departments within the business, thanks to the trust and the belief the senior management had in me
2. Recognition - At Remedium, hard work never goes unnoticed and I believe this is the biggest advantage of working within a small team, where each individual is appreciated for what they do for the business and the what they bring to the table.
Exceptional performance is rewarded at all times.
3. Flexibility - Post Covid-19 pandemic the company has started WFH Wednesday
4. Culture - A special emphasis is given to the culture in the office where working together towards a common goal is encouraged and everyone has the opportunity to share and bring ideas to the table. A lot of focus is given to the team building activities
