      😞 Sorry to hear about your bad experience, at least at the end of your journey. This is not how it should end for anyone. We have fixed what you are referring to as "new" leadership - it doesn't exist anymore at Remerge (since Oct 2022).

      The work-life balance can be fully realised here, and it's great that there is a lot of respect for employees and plenty of room for personal development!

      Cons

      I don't feel bad about anything for the time being after being here for over a year.
