This CEO might be the worst one I’ve ever worked with. She loves to micromanage every little detail, shows no respect for others, and is quick to shift the blame onto the team, even when the problem is actually her own fault. The team had to clean up her mess sometimes, yet she never realizes that it was her fault from the very beginning. She is not perceptive either. She pretended to be though, but don't let her fool you. She thinks she is better than anyone.
