Pros

You can work remote and they take care of salary

Cons

My experience with Remote has been deeply disappointing and concerning. After being let go by one of their clients, I was asked to sign an agreement without being informed of the legal consequences. This led to my departure being recorded as a voluntary resignation, making me ineligible for financial support — something that clearly doesn’t reflect the truth but helps remote to cover themselves. This wasn’t the only issue. Remote repeatedly requested access to my personal medical certificate, containing sensitive health information — a request that is highly inappropriate and likely illegal. When I finally raised these issues, the response was dismissive, with Remote acting as if my concerns came too late, rather than acknowledging their complete lack of transparency or responsibility toward the employee. Remote appears focused solely on protecting itself, not on supporting the people working through its platform. I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

Cons

If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you
