Pros

Overall, the company offered decent benefits and average pay compared to others in the industry. I was fortunate to work alongside a few great coworkers who made the experience more enjoyable. HR and Recruiting were GREAT to work with. That said, the work environment was fairly average — not bad, but not outstanding either. There’s definitely room for improvement in areas such as employee support, growth opportunities, and communication from leadership. If you’re looking for stable work with decent benefits, it’s a solid option, but don’t expect it to be a place that goes above and beyond for its employees.

Cons

My experience was very negative due to toxic management. Leadership spoke poorly about former coworkers, and constantly criticized the logistics team for issues outside their control. My immediate manager, in particular, would belittle others and micromanage everything. Simple topics that could have been resolved in one meeting were dragged into multiple unnecessary meetings, wasting time and creating frustration. Work-life balance was almost nonexistent, with an expectation to work 50+ hours a week and little appreciation shown for the effort. While a few coworkers were great, the overall environment was toxic and unsupportive. Until management addresses these cultural and leadership issues, I cannot recommend this as a healthy place to work.

Pros

The people here have been great, everyone is friendly and sociable Dog Friendly Casual work environment Great work life balance Ability to work remote I can’t say good enough things about the Marketing team. Everyone was friendly, honest, collaborative, they actually cared about you as a person, and how you grow as a professional. They encouraged you to grow your skills and bring new ideas to the table, and paid for training if needed.

Cons

Your experience with this company will depend entirely on your team Below average pay with little to no opportunity for a raise No 401k match Lack of transparency and trust with executives No room for growth for most positions As of posting this review, nearly the entire Marketing team has either left or was laid off Issues with nepotism for higher level staff Untrustworthy HR for lower level staff, in part due to the point above Company is very disorganized and struggling to find its identity and get a foothold in this niche and fractured market Services, branding, positioning etc. constantly changing with no clear direction, structure, or plan of action that causes field staff, operations and med support to get the brunt of the work and learn on the fly Experienced managers and executives who have been with the company and know the industry have almost entirely left Most of the sales team do whatever they want, and don’t collaborate well with the rest of the company. Trying to get crucial feedback from them for important projects or events is nearly impossible. The future of this company is, unfortunately, very uncertain. Don’t work here if you’re hoping for job security.
