Pros

Tastefully appointed showroom with multiple displays, many sample materials to choose/show clients Great location in Annapolis, surrounded by windows along a main road Leads generated through the company/scheduling division

Cons

Owner is only concerned about profits, doesn't seem to value employees outside of the numbers they produce. During my time, the owner manipulated numbers/stats to benefit his point of view Valor Roofing is also owned by this company, is the favored half of the business During my time, the owner cut off advertising funds for the RenVision side as it wasn't producing enough to his standards, so the leads dried up to the point where an entire month+ passed without a lead being issued

Pros

As with many newer companies there are always growing pains and changes to find the best procedures to be successful in this industry. This industry is very difficult for companies to be successful, but the owners are dedicated to making this company division successful and a name in industry to be respected.

Cons

Negativity is contagious and can kill company morale and breakdown employee to management relationships.

Pros

Very fast paced company geared towards constant growth, there are constant changes but if one change is not good they bounce it back to where it was successful before. As any good company should they are not only worried about their success as a company, but yours as an employee. I have been with the company for 6 months and am thrilled with my experience so far. I came in inexperienced in the industry and am now very experienced and skilled and love my job here. Great opportunity to grow your personal skill set and enjoy the freedoms of performance based success. It's nice not to have to be belittled by an hourly wage and help people and grow your income!

Cons

The only cons I see are just like any performance based jobs. Don't get into it too deep if it's not for you, it's not for everyone. If you aren't the right type of person you will not only not be able to be successful here, but any other jobs like it. Don't blame your shortcomings on the position. It's a very good opportunity and myself and many others are thriving.
