Pros

They have a free ice cream machine and a fitness center that can be used. That is literally the only benefit to this company.

Cons

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!! Unless you whine and cry and complain you apparently are not a valued employee. You are discouraged from working hard and "over-achieving" because it makes the employees (who are barely competent to do their job) feel bad because they aren't doing a good job. Low pay and a lot disappointment with the company. They say they care about the students and staff that they service and it just is not true. They only care about making money. The company has had several bugs with the programs and they become virtually unusable and it has been almost a year and things still have not been fixed and improved upon. I feel bad for the schools that continue to pay for this unworthy product.

Pros

Some of the most amazing people you’ll ever work with. Generally supportive peers. Leaders are kind and not intentionally toxic. Strong brand recognition and a variety of solutions to enable solution selling.

Cons

The culture of the organization seems to have succumbed to the broader climate surrounding politics and education. Immense pressure is placed on sales team to deliver in saturated territories with beyond unachievable quotas for some and cake quotas for others. No cost of living increases, lots of layoffs and unclear path for growth with an egregious lack of transparency from leadership about the glaring issues. NONE of this seems intentional or malicious-it just seems like a lot of behaviors caused by extreme desperation.
