Cons
1. whole team is just made of interns and there is no senior to guide
2. deadlines are unrealistic expecting people to work 24x7 with no returns in hand
3. full time role conversion salalry is like the one given to interns
4. most of teh senior management is so rude the wont even talk normally to people working under them, it feels like they are just abusing the interns to work till there work is doen, then you get thrown out even if your work is best in theteam or you get awarded for best employee of the month.
5. no real input other then just some senior saying i am from a very prestigious college so just listen to me
