      Good offices, french course, Many learning chance for industry

      Cons

      Low wage and no career path. Promotions are related to who you know or about how you behave to your boss. Bad Management. And no promotion chance if you keep your job and expertise on it. You can only get promotion if you can switch to management

      Pros

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
