Pros
Possibility to access a wide range of positions, and to switch from one sector to another. (finance -> marketing -> program...)
Cons
Poor compensation and salaries. Current HR plan wants people to leave. Complexity at every level, too many people on every subject. French state of mind = see the difficulty in the 1st place. General stratgy is unclear (if not inexistent ?) = may be a problem once people reach certain positions.
