Managers like to show of their power, you always have to agree with them, otherwise they tend to bully you. Salary is quite low and the responsibility you have does not correspond to the money you get.

Cons
As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
