Its a job that you can put on your resume, however i don't know if it would help you much in the long or short term!
Cons
Very Cheap from top to bottom. they do not subscribe to Arbitron, they do not stream, their interactive offerings are a joke, they cut commissions constantly, they do not appreciate employees, Sexual harassment has been gotten away with for years, "benefits" are horrible, bottom line management, leadership is very mis guided, the whole organization is ran like a kinder care center. No benefits for loyalty, you'll do just as well starting as a rookie off the street as someone who has been their for year. Turn over rate is extremely high. This company is selling off parts every year, who knows what will happen the the owner finally retires or passes.
