No room for actual promotion. Salary is terrible, degrading actually. Corporate doesn’t give the yearly salary sometimes bc of “lack of money” which is bs. They waste their money on other useless things.. and claim no money. They do not have our best interest. They care about themselves and their money. The drama is outrageous.. even between upper management. The inmates get treated better sometimes. You always have to watch your back and cross your t’s bc someone is always out to get you.. Sad but true.
