Pros
1.Salary is medium but incentives are very attractive. 2. Achieving target is difficult. Little hard work can able to achieve the target. They are REALLY giving the incentives as promised but in the following month. 3. Though they mention work timings to be followed, it is really very nice to work with them, as they really care for the quality of the work and not qty of the time spent. 4. They are employee oriented than money oriented. However if the person tries to cheat them, they take immediate action like (fire him/her from the job, make him quit, etc.,) 5. Since the company is small, it is very easy to get the top management's attention about our target achievements. 6. Make us work freely and getting the desired results. Environment is like software company.
Cons
1. Small company 2. Since all their products are innovative and new concepts, it is very difficult to convince the customers. 3. Since their products are innovative, it is costly as well, hence it is difficult to close the sales. 4. They believe in traditional sales and spend less for advertisement. Which creates problem in explaining about this company. (that is why i am working :) ) 5. They are not yet entered into the internet marketing. Once done, my job may be at stake (: or I can close the sales easily :). Many times they promise that the job security is 100% guaranteed. They will not send people out due to money crunch etc., (need to wait and see :) ) for past one year, there was no such things happened in this company, hope they maintain their promise/policy.
