You need to be flexible. A day as a project manager is never the same. Can result in starting very early at the building site in one city and ending late at the office in another city. The other day may be starting late and working from home.

A lot of possibilities to different segments and jobs. Ranging from jobsite specialists to high level management. Due to the specific focus (renovation of old buildings, churches, repairs of bridges and tunnels as wel as (storm) drains and sewage pipes) very special working environment. Not your 'everyday' employer.
