      Pros

      Staff is very friendly (other than supervisors). Flexible work hours and good benefits. Benefits start after 90 days. ER is small and easy to navigate through.

      Cons

      ER is too small for this size of a city. Communication and planning between floors/towers can sometimes not suffice.

      I’ve been with the organization for 9 years and have had multiple opportunities to grow professionally. I enjoy being able to serve our community.

      The bigger the system, the harder it is to break through silos.

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
