I work Renpho before as customer service manager. Big mistake. Company no care about people, only numbers and fake smile. Every day is mess. No training, no help, just blame. Bosses shout, never listen. They say “teamwork” but they mean “do everything alone.” System always broken, customer angry, we get no tool to fix. Manager job is like punching wall – nothing change, only headache. I ask for support, they say “figure out yourself.” What kind of company is this? Work hour long, no respect, no thank you. Promotion? Only for favorite people, not hard worker. If you speak truth, they punish you. I feel like robot, not human. Many people quit, I understand why. Renpho make me sick, tired, sad. Worst job I ever have. If you want peace, don’t go Renpho. Run far away.

Pros

If you're someone who likes to take initiative and build things from the ground up, RENPHO can be a really rewarding place. There’s a lot of freedom to try new ideas, and as long as you put in the work, you’ll be just fine. I always felt supported by the team when launching something new, which made the fast-paced environment a lot more collaborative and fun. It’s a great place for self-starters who want to make an impact.

Cons

Because it’s a leaner team, you have to be comfortable wearing a lot of hats. It’s not the place for someone who needs rigid structure or a super defined roadmap.

Pros

You will meet some nice people and form a quick and long-lasting trauma bond based on how horrible your mutual experience is at this company. Other than that, there is not a single pro about this company.

Cons

Everything. There is no thought process behind anything, This company is the definition of "flying by the seat of its pants." There is no rationale, there is no planning. Bait and switch is standard practice at this company. Nothing you are told or promised upon hire will ever come to fruition. Only consider working here if you are DESPERATE and this paycheck is the difference between paying your rent or being evicted.
