Pros
Well the pay is good for someone who hasnt went to college and received a degree for anything. Its okay if you dont mind hard work for a ok salary. can move up in the company pretty easy.
Cons
No outside life. You will see your coworkers more then your friends and family. The majority of customers have dirty messy houses and will annoy the hell out of you. You will get yelled at by managers because people dont have money and dont pay on their account.
