Pros
Weekly paycheck, plenty of incentives like lunches, PTO. Decent pay for no college degree, great position for self starter. Decent employee purchase program, items are about same price as big box stores but they allow you to pay weekly on items.
Cons
Long hours, not enough people in stores to carry out high amounts of work. Things keep getting added to already inundated schedules. Too much pressure to sell to poor quality clientele who in turn become credit issues which causes added pressure by management. Changes to schedule in order to cut possibility of OT.
