Pros
Weekly pay is nice. Employee Purchase Program made purchasing items easier as long as it was typed up properly. In store management was fantastic.
Cons
District level management is disconnected from store level understanding. Inability to be proactive over reactive when it comes to problem solutions. Inconsistent with needs of sales or store credit correction. District level managers not being available when assistance is required. Work load requirements that exceed time allowed per shift and the reprimanding that comes from completing tasks if it involves getting overtime. The unrealistic requirement to change work schedules to come in before or stay late outside business hours. Having to deal with upper management during time off/pto/sick time when they contact you and start to reprimand you for things going on when you arent even there.
