      It's a really great company to work for if you like the small town company role model. It's not a bad job when you really need to excel.

      Cons

      Way too much time off from the important things that need to get done in order for the company to follow through with hiring practices.

      Fun coworkers, get to travel a lot, rarely see your boss, Decent pay

      Cons

      Hours can be long on some days, Always work on Saturday, Some days you do a lot of physical work.
