Pros
A sense of freedom to give yourself time to grow and love what you do in life. A set responsibility to owe to your self to build off your own work ethic. Meeting people of different walks of life and learning commradery with people you work with on a daily basis.
Cons
You have you ups and also your downs. Slow at times where you grow impatient at times. Sometimes we forget to take breaks when the getting is good, and feel the need to tackle every client that we forget we've been working for long periods of time which is bad for health including our backs
