There is work flexibility. Co-workers are helpful.

There are not growth opportunities.

There is literally NO pros, they constantly "bend" labor laws to suit their agendas, lie about salary, illegally manipulate PTO, (changing it on a whim no notice), overtime is NEVER paid, they're terrified of computer use, (I'm not kidding here-management barely knows what a MOUSE is), and they foster a terrible workplace environment. The worst of which is their genius female leader who's emotional public tantrums have given us a terrible reputation with other companies and are bordering on abusive. No one should have to deal with this, especially for peanuts pay and illegal activities that are def going to catch up to them.

See above, it's a mess. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. The company is already on shaky financial ground, it's not going to be around longterm without more serious cutbacks and potential lawsuits. Google them in regards to the factory collpase a few years ago, it's all on the internet.
