This review comes from my personal experience that was extremely pathetic. I was extrmely excited about this job and hoped the company could benefit from my skills, but it was not worth a bit. Toxic workplace, no work-life balance, incompetent management, only profit-driven decision making are the few things out of many that you would experience day-to-day. The management does every single thing to ruin inter-personal relationships with team members, discourage you from sharing individual opinions and downgrade you for very small mistakes that happen at any other office. This place only works with peiple within their friends/ family circle, only so that they are in full control of the employee's actions. Forget about freedom of speech or action because the environment is so toxic it almost feels like a work-prison. NO employee has stayed here for more than 1-2 years, because no one can take it beyond that point. The mgt does not care about employees or their retention. I would highly advise you to consider all possible options before seeking a job here.
