Pros
I was at RepRally a couple of months ago now and it’s honestly was a really good experience. The people here are awesome. Super driven but also just… nice. It’s not cliquey or fake, everyone helps each other out when stuff gets messy. I've made a lot of real friends, who I still stay in touch with.
Cons
i saw some of the negative reviews and was honestly surprised. most of those seem like people who got fired, usually for performance. like… i get being upset, but it’s not toxic here. it’s just a high bar. people who care tend to thrive here.
