      CEO not only cares about his customers, but he also cares about his employees! You get annually raises, birth day celebrations, good pay, and employees are awesome to work with!!

      Not many pros. The owners are not honest and customers get ripped off.

      Cons

      Dishonesty. Not providing full service to clients. Hiring people who don't know what they are doing. The list is endless. They don't take care of employees either.
