      Good crews, easy going people

      Cons

      Lack of communication, office jockies have no sympathy for humanly possible levels of work. Office has unrealistic timelines. Office sends workers to properties without telling them specifically why they are there.

      Not many pros. The owners are not honest and customers get ripped off.

      Cons

      Dishonesty. Not providing full service to clients. Hiring people who don't know what they are doing. The list is endless. They don't take care of employees either.
