      Did not find any pros throughout my work experience.

      Cons

      The company does not pay on time. There has been salary delays several times with no PF credit from about a year. The company is not transparent with their employees and does not even meet commitments of paying the salary. You can get laid off any time with only one week of notice without any compensation.

      nothing except Work from Home

      Cons

      No salary on time, No PF on time, and after resignation no FNF on time and after 1 month they will not pick your calls or even reply to your messages. They just know how to exploit their employees by not giving any compensation or benefits and will make you work overtime. Bad work life balance and seriously bad management.
