Nice office space. Some nice members in other teams

The training in London was extensive, spanning four days, and highlighted several concerns. The experience lacked inclusivity and was not accommodating to individuals with disabilities. Additionally, there were instances of inappropriate and unprofessional comments made by a non-supervisory team member. I also observed a lack of support from management and an absence of clear structure within teams, which has likely contributed to the high turnover rate.

Nothing really to add here. It is a relatively young company so will be less structured than a more mature business - so make sure a startup environment is right for you.
