Pros
Strong team environment led to close, efficient, and productive team work. The managers are mostly wonderful, kind, helpful, and involved in day to day work.
Cons
Pay is not fully reflective of workload but they do pay overtime for hourly employees. Your 40 hours per week will be fully utilized-don't expect much downtime. Maybe even prepare to be comfortable with always being a little behind, due to understaffing.
