Pros
The majority of the employees at Republic are great, many are like family. The overall benefits package is pretty good as well. Republic could be an amazing place to work if leadership would actually implement the ideas of their employees. So much room for growth and potential.
Cons
Management lacks diversity and does not support it. Lots of awards and achievements around culture, but are completely bought and/or political. It is definitely not Indys best places to work. Many employees are severely underpaid and unappreciated.
