Ok for fresh out of college, or young people - Anonymous employee Republic National Distributing Company Employee Review

The fun does not out way the stress. I know stress is normal for sales jobs, but everything always goes wrong to make it worse. The drivers suck and everything is always out of stock. It’s hard to sell things when there is no inventory. The pay is decent but other distributors make more. There is lots of different levels or jobs but moving up becomes difficult because of little preparation and lack of help from local managers.
