Constant pressure, high goals, many calls each day, difficult to keep up bc of inbound calls. High pressure from sales manager for more business. Constant price increases on customers that you have to manage. Pressure from management/area/corporate to not do price roll backs. Everything you do is watched at times. Stressful dealing with trash not getting picked up or boxes delivered on time. Very difficult job all the time. This job is for you if you like to be stressed out all day every day.
Unreal metrics on calls/meetings. You have to check the boxes to get the calls/meetings complete even when you don't make them, your to busy to get to all of them. Impossible company that always wants more and more, its never enough.
