Pros
The company's mission and vision overall for the servicing of our youth is great. The benefits package is decent but could be better. Being able to work with youth who come in with a barrier, struggle or are in need of direction, and to be able to see their growth, advancement and transformation is such a blessing and reward! Also, the fact that there is no weekend work is great.
Cons
Poor management and leadership exemplified. We are underpaid for ALL of the work that is entailed in our jobs. When the head functions disorderly and with a lack of respect and care, this trickles down to the body (your employees). Company is ran by a style of micromanagement. Many things have been swept under the rug and the lack of truth is evident, causing many lies to be evident. Lack of training and support, favoritism and a team atmosphere is not present. I truly pray for change and that all falseness be exposed in due time.
