Pros

Nice office and non management staff are good people

Cons

They are a glorified booking agency for resteraunt repairs. They are not in an industry nor do they have a product that can reliably scale. Hence, why every year they panic and have mass layoffs and probably promise investors they will make it all better. As long as the end users of this ‘highly innovative’ tech product are plumbers and pretzel shop managers they will need teams of people making calls and emails all day to make $50 here or $70 there. In some case $0 dollars

If you’re looking for a fast paced environment, and a niche product with excellent UI, this is the place for you. Constant changes but usually for the better.

Cons

Fully remote with HQ in Canada can be isolating at times.

Pros

Rapidly growing tech startup in the hospitality + service partner space. I've had a wonderful ~9 months here, and anticipate a lot of fun, fast-paced growth ahead. As with any startup, there is rapid change, development, team changes, and the needs of the business shift. If you look at ResQ through that logical lens, it's an incredible place to work where you'll get to experience a ton of career growth, fast, on-the-job learning, and the ability to make an impact.

Cons

If you're looking for a role/company where you can sit back and just collect a paycheck, look elsewhere! ResQ requires thoughtful endurance and a positive mindset. None of this is a 'negative', just sharing the reality of joining an early-stage startup.
