Feedback:
This company has the worst employee moral, I’ve personally ever experienced. The reason: “this is a start up.” This is supposed to be a cloud/HPC company but they keep hiring executives that have no experience in true HPC or cloud. They come in, make waves and good people leave or they are fired. It doesn’t make any sense. They have been hiring unusual business positions that are not helpful such as customer success. In my opinion we don’t need more business people, we need experienced developers, engineers, product leads, architects, partner/relationship people.. people that help make the product worth selling. This feedback has been provided countless times.
Everyone is way over worked, underpaid and it doesn’t feel good because it feels management just doesn’t care. They could show they care by making offers to good experienced people that are interviewing. Say good job once in awhile and stop letting good people go or walk out.
The problem is, this company used to be good and actually kind of fun. It did feel like a start up, we were figuring it out together. But when you focus on only money, titles and not keeping your employees happy, your company crumbles. Moral is down, no one is innovative, employees go into survival mode. People’s mental health deteriorates. This is 100% about company culture (show appreciation, good pay), and listening to employee feedback.. plus hiring true experts in this field.
