Great management and work environment

Constantly changing shift. By the time you get used to work at night they move you to day shift.

RAM, Inc definitely notices when hard work is done and rewards accordingly. I worked for them for a few years while under a DoD contract. I received semi-frequent emails from the owner and everyone at HQ seemed to have a vested interest in my success. It was a very pleasant experience.

The time keeping is beyond outdated. My biggest complaint is that I still had to fill out a paper timesheet, sign it, then send it in to HQ.
