Pros
Some of the people I worked with were OK.
Cons
Don't believe the lies fed to you at interview. Once you got there, you'll realize a lot of their promises did not match what was actually provided. More than one employee told me they heard the same story before I arrived. The same lie had been repeated to new hires for a long time.
The owner always looked for ways to cut costs in expense of knowledge and team structure. Be prepared to cover basic work expenses with your own money just to keep things running. That should never happen in a company that expects people to work overseas. It showed where the priorities really were.
God forbid you get ill and have to take a day to recover. I remember when I had medical issues, I expected at least some understanding from the company. Instead, I learned that personal situations meant very little when the owner decided it was time to move on. The way everything was handled made a difficult time even harder. It was a horrible experience that changed the way I look at this company.
Benefits were weaker than what many similar employers provide, and there was very little effort to help employees or their families. Even unused vacation had no value if you could not take it. Looking back, I realized employees were treated as a cost instead of people. Just avoid this place like the plague.
