Pros
Reasonable pay for entry level position and you get to work with children 1:1 all day.
Cons
Little support from management, poor work life balance, equivalent of 6 days of "unexcused absences" allowed per year (includes family/life emergencies and sick days unless you get a doctor's note). You are required to give management one month's notice of any PTO you may need, any later than that and it is unexcused and counts against you. ABA side is very understaffed and therapists are not able to provide consistent, quality support because they are spread so thin. I was repeatedly put in unsafe situations with little to no guidance on how to respond to client aggression. Client and employee injuries were almost never documented or taken seriously.
