Pros
I have fantastic autonomy at work, flexible hours and a lot of time off. I'm treated with respect and care, which doesn't happen in all workplaces. The company can be quite progressive in its hiring; they look at the person rather than their qualifications list. Overall, I recommend ResMed to everyone who's looking for a new role, it's a great place to work.
Cons
I don't have a lot of negative points to note. It's taken me a while to understand who does what in the company, that could be more clearly defined. But then again, I don't think everyone works with quite as wide a range of staff as I do given the nature of my role.
