      All signs of Toxic workplace (Read recent SMH articles on toxic workplaces) Lower level staff is demotivated and depressed If you work like a slave you will be appreciated and tolerated

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
