Pros
One of the biggest positives working here has been the amount of learning and growth opportunities available. There’s a strong culture of encouraging people to explore areas outside of their immediate role, which makes it a great environment for building new skills and gaining broader experience. A standout aspect of the company is the genuine opportunity for ownership. If you identify a gap, inefficiency, or something that could be improved, you’re encouraged to take initiative, implement solutions, and own those improvements moving forward. That level of trust and autonomy has been incredibly rewarding. The people and work environment also make a big difference. The team is supportive, approachable, and enjoyable to work with, and there’s strong mentorship from experienced colleagues and executive who are willing to invest time in helping others grow. On top of that, the company puts effort into creating a positive culture through fun work events and team activities, which helps make work both engaging and enjoyable.
Cons
There can be some extremely busy periods depending on workload and priorities, which can occasionally make work-life balance challenging. Compensation could be better however the company does a lot of fun activities, company events, trips and provides benefits such as snacks, drinks and a Friday lunch.
