Leadership and upper management don't communicate operational changes they want to happen, but think they do. Staff doesnt know where the company is headed or how. Speaking up and asking questions so you can attempt to do the job they want gets you labeled as difficult or a complainer.
Lost a lot of really good, talented employees due to poor management. Culture of open discussion and caring about the mission of the company as much as the growth, is gone under current leadership. Diversity and perspective of others is severely lacking and appears to not be welcomed.
