      Pros

      I worked for ROI for 2 1/2 years with steady employment with a total of 9 weeks off(5 due to COVID illness). They are a fantastic employer balancing the needs of their employees and customers. I would certainly work for them again.

      Cons

      I experienced no real cons woth them. They got me back to work promptly and kept in constant communication both when I was sick for 5 weeks as well as my layoff times. 4 weeks off over 2 1/2 years is very good.

      Pros

      Very few. Some of the people are fantastic.

      Cons

      They treat everyone as replaceable from day 1 Finance dept is extremely secretive about commissions structures and pay scales (ie, they are discriminatory, but hide it from you so it cannot be proven) The culture and policies are anti-women (unless you suck up to management) You will be retaliated against if you have any thoughts of your own here or if you need anything at all If you have any doubts, just read ROI’s snarky responses to negative reviews below.
